You know Kenneth it may not be today, but one day the Government is going to take away something you like to do and you are going to complain like the rest of us... The issue really is not about health care reform ( we needed it) the real issue that this country is becoming a nanny state.. Do you still live at home? well it sure starting to feel like we are still at home having parents telling us what to do like we can not make our own choices..
Just tired that the government always coming up with new stuff to have more power over us.. Did you hear that they are going after the toys in happy meals? Allow parents to be parents and allow the citizens in the country enjoy the freedoms that this country was founded on...

It is unconsitutional and this will be decided by the Supreme court and thrown out
Our country is a free nation and always will be so Kenneth, get off your butt and computer and get a job while you can.
If someone can afford a computer and internet service, they can pay their own medical bills too
This has become stupid!

You really have to enjoy the wisdom of our framers of the constitution.. The idea to create three branches of government.. with the idea to keep each one in check.. I don't understand why the people can't put something on the ballot to repeal this.. The part that sucks really now is that this will take time.. I am thinking they are going to push this quick..
I wonder if a lower court finds this to be unconstitutional, does that automatically put in a stay? Until another court over turns it or until the final opinion of the Supreme court.. Thank god they are not made up of all leftist

This complaining about the Health Care Reform bill is the same nonsense that happened with the Civil Rights Act in 1964. "It's the end of life as we know it," and "Our freedom is being stolen from us." Ridiculous. It is unconscionable that there isn't free universal health care for every human being in this country, legal or not. We ought to nationalize the drug companies and put all the health insurers out of business. If health care isn't a legitimate public function - the definition of which addresses "the health, safety and welfare" of the people, then nothing is. Why not have privatization of the police and fire and the army? Thank God for Barack Obama and the Democratic heroes!

There are some employers who think and are considering taking the penalty rather than offering health insurance to their employees. It has been said that the penalty is cheaper than the premiums for the insurance. How will this help those with out insurance if that is an option? Healthcare Reform yes, but passing this one was not considered entirely & the public does not know everything involved. Watch who you vote for this year!

If you know so much about breast feeding, you must still be on the nipple yourself.

The state of Tennessee surrendered it's state sovereignty by allowing this health care bill to pass. Let it also surrender it's powers of state.

Before you go judging others, I would suggest your read your Bible. Jesus does want us to help those less fortunate and a lot of people do on their own. They shouldn't have to be forced to by the government.

You are a moronic idiot if you think America has enough money and resources to pay for the health care of every person INCLUDING illegals. So where do we get the money to do that oh intelligent one? We already have China paying for nearly everything. Maybe if we are going to give healthcare to the illegals we should make Mexico pay for it.

We're gonna get money from people who can actually go to work again. Due to insurance companies not being able to deny people with money. Let alone for the people who needed it.
Also, like Obama said so long ago. This wasn't his problem. He just walked into the mess. Grab a mop.

Oh? And jobs are going to magically appear out of nowhere? Do explain. The problem is there are a whole lot of people who do not want to work or pay into the system. The givers are being out numbered by the takers. Maybe if we had a flat tax, you would not be so ambitious with your statements about getting money from workers. I am giving my nearly 30%. How about you? If you are not, in the words of our dear VP, maybe you should be more patriotic and give a little more. You are right, Obama walked into a mess... and he just made it worse.

the only problem with your logic is the unemployment avg is at 10% which last i checked doesnt mean the unemployed outnumber the employed
