Your examples was on video surveillance taping certain groups, which is profiling. This camera is a still camera designed to take snap shots of those running a red light, and it is activated at that time.
Now if people would put so much effort in obeying the laws as they do on getting out of the penalty then this would not be an issue. The public has more of a right to safety and protection, something these red light runners take away.
Now all you have done was complain about a tool being used to fine law breakers, but I have not heard you propose an alternative, unless I missed it in the horrible grammer and puncutation.
