It is a terrible tragedy to see someone die the way he died.Steve McNair was a great football player while he was with the Tennessee Titans organization. We watched him play alot through pain and ups and downs on TV as well as at the stadium, we missed his strength as a team leader when he left for Baltimore. I do not agree with the lady friends he had on the side, but NO ONE deserves to die in that kind of mannerism. A word to his wife and children to remember the man he was to them and always remember his love for them as well as the game of life which was his football. The family will always be in everyones thought and prayers today, tomorrow and always. To Steve you have answered the call that everyone has to answer in life God will always be there for you and standing waiting for that perfect pass that you could always make for a TOUCHDOWN. In GOD's presence we are still his children.

Why does not voting for Obama racist? There are others reasons for not voting for him, such as being from a different political party, not having the same beliefs, etc. I am so sick of everyone being called racist because they didn't vote for Obama.
I did not vote for Obama or McCain what does that make me ? This is suppose to be about Steve McNair not politics. RIP Steve

I am very sorry to hear of th death of Steve Mcnair. As fellow Alcornite graduating in 1970 I can say that Steve is the greatest sportsman that evet attended Alcorn. Everytime he went on the field it increased my pride level that I went to the mighty Corn.

Well, even a separated man should have alittle self control unil he's free to see other people of the opposite sex. Hang with his friends at bar/restaurants, look, but have nothing to do with anyone, until the final divorce! Sneek around & get burned. He was an athlete, but as a man he's a very small one. I pray that his children won't suffer, & sure wish Mrs. McNair will move on & get a man that will be faithful to her, like a man should & especially to his kids!
Steve didn't sneak around....he was very open about his relationship with Sahel, FYFI!! Furthermore, your theological tunnel vision about legal separation prevents you from being objective about this topic. Save your prayers, Goober, for yourself. Sounds like you need them more than Mechelle McNair or her kids.

McNair was a punk and a stuck up **** he thought that his fame gave him free rain around here. he was a cheater and a person who thought that the law didnt apply to him. He was not someone that should be looked up to. instead should be a example of how not to live.
Obviously you did not know Mr. McNair. Every time I saw him, he was extremely nice to everyone. He signed autographs and talked to them as long as they wanted to talk. Even if he had his children with him, he took time with each and every fan and never rushed anyone away. No one ever considered that he needed time to shop or take care of his own business. You, I, nor anyone else knows the circumstances of his marriage. All anyone can do is speculate. NO ONE DESERVED TO DIE LIKE THAT. You can pass judgement if you want but remember, you also will be judged. Just make sure you have all of your little ducks in a row because as far as I know, there is a skeleton in everyone's closet. Have you cleaned out your closet lately?

The deaths of Steve McNair and Ms. Kazemi were tragic and our hearts go out to the McNair family. However, I believe there are still unanswered questions. Among those are: who sold the gun to Ms. Kazemi and how many bullets were sold - could she have possibly fired the gun after purchasing and prior to the shooting at the condo, and thus the residue on her hand; amount of time between time bodies found and notification to police; fact that condo was locked seems almost insignificant -how many known people had keys to condo or access to keys to have duplicate key made; what drugs were found in the bodies - could they both have been drugged to make this appear to be murder-suicide; cell phone records with times and contacts have not been made known (to my knowledge), could be important during the last hours; what about computer records or e-mails; was Ms. Kazemi right handed or lefthanded and if right handed, is it hard to pull the trigger with the left hand? What about the person I read about that was in a confrontation with Mr. McNair at the Blue lagoon the night of the 3rd? Several unanswered questions or perhaps they have been addressed and I have missed it.

One more question to add to your list:
If Sahel had to use both hands to hold the 9mm to shoot Steve, then how was she able to only use her left hand to shoot herself in the right temple? Why did MPD close the case based solely on speculations and inconclusive evidence? How can a person walk into the condo, walk into the kitchen which is in very close proximity to the living room and not notice two bloody corpses sitting on the sofa and laying on the floor? And if Sahel wanted to die in Steve's lap....why didn't she just sit down or lay down on his lap before shooting herself in the right temple with her left hand? She would have had to have been a contortionist to do all that. But that's JMO.

That thought has crossed my mind as well. I find it very strange that MPD would close their case on this based solely on speculations and inconclusive evidence. Something is very wrong with that picture. lol lol

A great big ditto on that. Couldn't have said it better myself. She was married to the guy for 12 years....give me a break!!! She wasn't blind or stupid during those twelve years as to what her husband was doing or the fact that he didn't have a will. The way this entire ordeal has been handled by MPD is shameful. They've closed the case based on speculations and inconclusive evidence. The families of both Steve and Sahel deserve better than that and deserve closure.

Death is a time of bereavement and much needed healing by all who love the departed one. This is a time that a family needs to be united. Steve McNair, Jr. should have been seated with the McNair family. He should have been a part of the supportive circle.

My many condolences to the McNair family.

We are all sinners but we are supposed to try and not sin. If I compare my life today since I have repented to my life B.C.(before Christ) which was involved with sex, drugs and Rock and Roll, there is no comparison to the amount of sinning I do today compared to then.
There is no question that some on this planet use religion for money and they will also be judged by God on judgment day. The gateway to heaven is narrow.
Either one believes in the existance of the human soul or you don't. If one does then one must adopt a belief system that corresponds to his preparation for the next life. If one doesn't believe then there is little to discuss. Personally I do believe as I have had experiences in my life that have made me a believer. God bless.
what a crock of bull crap, you dont "sin" as much as you used TOO,but you are born again?ha ha ha ha ?????You are a hypocrit thinking you are going to heaven. You can sin a little if you believe in god huh?too frickin funny.

Well said ...and yes it was really terrible how this icon had to die. I hope it sends a message out to all "cheaters" ... you will get caught, hopefully not like this. There are consequences for every choice that we make ... so guys and gals .. be careful how you choose. There are some people out there that are "vindictive and vicious" and will do any and everything to try to destroy you ... just because the relationship has ended. Please learn from this incident and tell others what you think about it how does it make you feel.
