Nick should be counting his blessings...it should be him in that nursing home, it should be his family that lost a son...just goes to show that having a fake athlete for a father, a ditz for a mom, and a tramp for a sister, this is what happens...what has the bollea family contributed to society...the Graziano's produced a Marine, a man that fought for his country...

I have to say I am glad he got at least the 8 months. Just because you have money or your family is famous gives you no right to think you can do whatever you want and get away with it. I would be embarrassed if I were the victims family and he was skateboarding down the halls. While he is in jail they should put a photo of the victim before and after. Hopefully he learns his lesson.

i think the pumisnment was fair,lets not forget the passenger was NOTwearing a seat belt,WAS NOT FORCED 2 DRINK,and was not as innocent as being potrayed, if he was he wouldnt have put himself in this kind of situation.he knew what he was getting into when he enyered the car

Had it been my Son, whether wealthy or not, I would have personally put him in jail. Should he had been a passenger wearing a seat belt with the same out come as John, the boy wonder wouldn't have made it to court.

you know what makes me laugh..... the whole seatbelt arguement. They are both lucky to be alive seatbelt or not. I really think the way that car looked wrapped around that tree, it wouldn't matter if you had a seatbelt on or not.

Here we go again. Nick screwed up.. Graziano screwed up too. He got into the darn car, he was most likly loving the fact that they were racing, and he chose not to wear his seatbelt. I am sorry but Graziano is no saint here. He is just as guilty as Nick. Believe me I dislike this Hogan idiot but the family sees a payday weather anyone wants to believe it or not. Personally I hope all they get is what the Hogans initially offered. To pay for his medical care, Not to but the Grazianos and their friends new cars, new houses or even new shoes.
