Thief spends $13,000 - at a gas station! Sarasota, Florida Detectives have arrested a man who stole credit cards to buy thousands of dollars worth of scratch-off lottery tickets.

the owner of the retail outlet is FULL OF IT.. ther is no way he should take cc cards for lotto or lottery ...and as far as the gas goes any retail outlet that didn't know what this guy was up to is ...LIEING....there are set floor limits on cc cards and multiple use restrictions...someone needs to start looking into the retail outlets where these sales were made.....

I have been around the cc approval business for more years than I want to admit....the retailers are not stupid..but the vast majority .don't give a dam about I.D. checking or anything else ...APPROVAL NUMBER FROM PROVIDER...thats it...they could care less what and who is making the sale.............
