Too pretty to fly?

I think Southwest Airlines owes these two women an apology for the overall treatment they received from the moment they stepped on the plane. As for the incident on board, the two women and the man involved should have been questioned - the man who yelled at the women on board started it all. Moreover, I feel these two women were wrongly banned from flying Southwest and ought to consider seeing an attorney and bringing some kind of legal action against Southwest. Believe me, flying from Tampa to Los Angeles is a long haul.

Oh boo hoo look at us we are being picked on because we were the only young and beautiful people on the plane. Shame on all those old and ugly people that were wishing they were us.

It's easy to spot rudeness, so I assume these girls are probably right, especially since no charges were filed. Since that's the case, Southwest's action on banning them on future flights sounds discriminatory. With the bad press Southwest has been getting lately, you'd think they'd be bending over backwards to keep their customers happy!

How could anybody have the audacity, not only to THINK they're being mistreated for being "pretty", but to actually SAY it! They are obviously a couple of spoiled, conceited trouble makers - and stupid to boot. Don't they know attractive people supposedly get special treatment? The best part is they are on the low side of average by any standards. Pathetic.

What a waste of airtime. I wonder where the newsworthiness is in this story. It seems to me that these two young ladies just want to be Tampa Bay's version of Paris & Nicole. Too pretty in someone's eyes, pretty dimwitted in many.

OMG! This is EXACTLY what happens to me! I go to a restraunt and when I serve the waiter his due of attitude, becuase he is there to SERVE me, I am NOT supposed to get it back. I am VERY GOOD LOOKING as well and people are SUPPOSED to stare at me and point. It means I did something right. I wore a cute outfit, I did something special with my hair, or the whole package is just too good to avoid a second look. People are just jealous of those of us who look better than them. I am ALWAYS treated badly by flight attendants when I get on the plane and I demand my bottle of water, a current fashion magazine and the best seat on the plane. I then begin to pout and if ANYONE laughs at me I yell at them and swear! THESE GIRLS DID NOTHING WRONG! We are pretty and EVERYONE hates us because we are! Would you treat Paris, Britney, Jessica, or any other beautiful woman badly? Please do not hate us because we are prettier than you. Just do the right thing and worship us as the objects of beauty we are no matter where you see us and no matter what we say or do.

Jamie looks more attractive than both of them and it must kill her as a professional to have to do this sort of reporting tripe.

Oh paaaaaaaalease.you girls need to get over yourself. Nobody is jealous of you. You got on the plane with an attitude, thought you were better than everyone else, thought they should cater to you and when that did not happen you make a scene. I am glad you two were banned. These two are just looking for some easy money.

If you treat people with respect, they will do the same in return. A simple, "Excuse me, I must have been talking to my friend when you came to my row for drink orders. May I please have a bottle of water?" would have fixed the drinks problem nicely.

As far as cursing at another passenger - what part of heightened security are these girls missing? Anyone who in any way is seen behaving in an aggressive or disruptive manner by airline employees is courting an armed escort at the plane's next stop. Reasonably intelligent people are aware of this and comport themselves accordingly if they don't wish their travel plans to be disrupted. Sometimes, this means behaving with more grace than those around us (rather than trying to out-vulgar one another).

Vulgar is much less attractive than pretty is attractive.

OMG I know exactly what they are going through! Just the other night I went to get a pizza and they said there was NO WAY they could serve me because I'm hotter than any pizza they could ever make.

Honestly, Nothing Suprises me about these low cost Airlines Pretty or Ugly it Does Not Matter, Its the Type of People who Fly low Cost Airlines..I don't understand why other people are Suprised,All you have to do is watch the TV show about South West Airlines to Understand

Boy do I know that feeling.I am also one of the beautiful people and its very hard.You commoners just dont understand the pains I suffer. I mean ME wait for the bathroom YEA right! Outta my way fatty! I hope they sue the pants off of Southwest.I also hope this doesnt stop these two angelic women from bringing joy to everyone around them by there mere presence.

I don't get it the one girl isn't even pretty. She looks a whole lot better in the picture than she did on TV. The other girl is pretty. But come on thrown off the plane because they are too pretty! It's like too pretty to go to jail.

To me, these girls look like ordinary girls with the exception of how they dress and maybe how they act. First, they dress too flashy, sort of how a "street" walker would dress to get a trick. Secondly, they think they are "sooo" pretty that they are the ones that might have caused the disturbance because by the way they speak, they really think they are prettier and above everyone else!

Well, that is my two cents.

Its just amazing that these two were on a plane with all these ugly people. Funny how all the ugly people weren't escorted off the plane by the authorities in Los Angeles. This is obviously discrimination. I'm sure they are just wholesome and respectable young women without a hint of attitude.

By the way, its not people who fly on Low Cost Airlines, it is people who are flying today in general. There are people escorted off of aircraft DAILY because of disorderly conduct. Heck even the famous Pastor Joel Osteens wife was escorted off a Continnental flight for disruptive behavior.
