Support Our Troops! May is National Military Appreciation Month

I learned in another forum that May is National Military Appreciation Month! So I created this thread to give others in this forum a chance to leave a comment OF THANKS...IN SUPPORT OF our soldiers and their families,no matter your political view!

Hi my friend....I am here with you to Support our troops!!!!

I do and will support our troops until they are all home ! Their is a sign on my front lawn reading Until They Are Home , it has been their since day one and will remain their until they are all home !
God bless all who remain over sea's and god bless all that have already returned !

i wish all our soldiers well. whether over seas or back at home! in today's world they CHOOSE to fight for this country, no more drafts. My brother is Iraq for the 4th time. We need to being our troops home! It's not doing any good to have them over there. We're only sacrificing their lives, and for no good reason!!! May you all return home safely!

GOD Bless them all. We all know they need it. Be safe.

Every one of those people are volunteers serving thier fellow citizens. They deserve our utmost respect and prayers for thier safety. Next time you walk through an airport, thank a military person. One minute and a handshake, let them know you care about those doing thier best in these difficult times. You'd be suprised how that can make thier month.

A big shout out to all US SOLDIERS, especially those serving in Iraq and Afganistan! God bless you and keep you safe!!!

Hi Libra :) I definitely support our troops and have mailed them letters and emails to that affect. Disregard what some other people might say about me on the issue. I support the troops, just not some of the reasons they are there. I wish them all the best and hope they come back quickly and safely.

---As to the photo, I won't name names (not that I need to), but a few of the dimmer people on here just can't talk about the topics and have to use my picture as some sort of evidence against anything I say on an issue :) They prolly saved my pic to their computer anyhow, so they can look later, lol.

LOL...I hear u! That's why I have the Birth of Venus by Boticelli as my icon (it's my favorite artwork). Anyway, THANK YOU for visiting this thread. I am really involved in supporting the troops too! My adopt a us soldier returned home a few months ago, and I applied for a new one just today, and I am a big supporter of Homes for Our Troops! they've built handicapped accessible homes for 2 Connecticut soldiers.
