As Chief court Administrator Barbara Quinn you oversee five divisions within the judicial branch and one of them is support enforcement division.

In response to the letter I received from Director Charisse Hutton, Mr. Hutton’s letter is UN satisfying to me on this issues. The letter has no bearing in this case. Mr. Hutton’s letter, he talks about child support. No ****, child support was paid in full 02/25/2009 case closed.
I understand and realize this is a part of child support case on outstanding medical debts.
When I received a letter stating, all outstanding medical debts paid in full, an all state agencies have been notified this case is permanently closed.
I will repeat permanently closed.

And yes these two employees are still involved in this case. Why?? Answer this question.

From 2009 to 2012 I am trying to resolve these issues. All everyone is doing is playing some kind of game and is avoiding telling me the real truth. Why ?? Answer this question.

I received a letter from Putnam support enforcement office case worker Briere. Stating to pay this amount of $5,687.70 for outstanding medical bills to my ex-wife Kathleen Clark to avoid any further court action.
Kathy committed fraud first time around with the help of Briere.
And I reported this to case worker Briere. And sent her proof before any money was paid to Kathy.
This was paid in full in January 29,2010.
Now if Kathy has more medical bills she should have turned all of them in the first time around.

I asked you once before, Barbara Quinn, to order Kathy Clark to turn over all these itemized statements on the medical bills to see for yourself. And you would see Kathy was committing fraud. You sweep this under the carpet.

Where is the proof I owe more money on medical bills? Show me the proof, send me all the itemized statements on the medical bills from 1988 to 1999.
My two daughters are 33 years old and 31 years old now.

Or maybe this has nothing to do with the medical bills. It seems that Kathleen Clark’s spouse Robert works for the judicial marshal’s division.
If they think they can get reimbursed for there services, when the service was never provide to me. When I had never been served with any court summons paper.
If this is the case this would be illegal, obtaining money for financial gain. This Would Be Called Committing Fraud.

Does this make you Barbara Quinn an accessory to this crime,
when you oversee the support enforcement divisions? And you were made aware of this illegal activities in Mr. Hutton agencies. You are responsible for their actions.

Every complaint I have filed with you, I also sent these copies to the news paper and TV networks in Connecticut and other states. I will also send a copy of this letter to them as well. Some of these complaints were posted on the Internet this one will be posted to it also. To show everyone how corruption our state government in Connecticut is.
I want a document from Support enforcement services Release from medical reimbursement debt and signed by you Barbara Quinn an Mr. Hutton this case is permanently closed.

The public officials or public servants are just getting worse & worse & putting the public's safety, especially disabled people in constant danger!

They have librarians who insist that if someone's using the public telephone in the corner of Raymond Library, the janitor must go and start mopping the tile floor with a wet mop, basically trapping them in a corner & putting their safety in jeopardy!
Watch out for that older guy in East Hartford Library, with the grey hair & moustache. He's bad news!
We walked into one of their smaller libraries in E. Hartford, and he was literally bad mouthing some woman to his female co-worker, Wendy, no less, right when we walked up to the desk! How disrespectful that is!
And the co-worker didn't seem to care either!
There's a handicapped parking spot at the same library that drivers are always blocking but the police have been informed and they don't want to do anything!
They got a postmaster down on Silver Lane who actually refused to deliver a package to a disabled person who moved into the area, that was sent special delivery, and the postmaster literally started screaming & yelling at the disabled person, DEMANDING to know how long they'd been out of town, or otherwise the postmaster, Pam Evans, said she would not deliver ANY mail to them!

Talk about discrimination.
And don't even think about walking a dog if you're disabled or handicapped in East Hartford, especially in the north part of town off Silver Lane. There's just so many aggressive vicious dogs running loose but the Animal Control Officer doesn't want to a damn thing about it!
He'll just put your life at risk, even if your dog's attacked and the dog attacking yours has NO rabies tag or collar at all!
We've even seen the East Hartford Animal control officer, recently running a stop sign, off Silver Lane, on a street that has NO sidewalks on it, at an intersection!!

Talk about corrupt & dangerous! This state is like something out of Nazi Germany now! There's no disputing that.
There's NO point either trying to contact the Governor's office, the State Highway Patrol or even the State Police in Hartford. They'll either claim it's NOT their jurisdiction, even though it's putting the public's safety in imminent danger, but they will also state screaming at you!
Where do the flipping public servants of this state, who get paid outrageously high salaries, get off, thinking they have a right to not only refuse to uphold the laws they are highly paid to enforce, but to verbally abuse the public too, when they try to inform them of people breaking the law?

That's illegal! Freedom of Speech is STILL a right in Connecticut. I don't CARE that's Corrupticut. It's a state in the USA, and they have NO right to do so!

Start contacting the Feds, from now on. Let's face facts, the state & local leaders don't give a damn about the public!

To make matters much worse the only reason that we are disabled to start with is that a leading private firm in East Hartford which had Cigna for its worker's compensation insisted on making us lift a part in their factory which weighed at least 2/3 of our body weight! That breaks an OSHA violation, but don't work for P&W Aircraft if you're a blue collar worker and don't want to be hurt on the job and then get NO worker's compensation for years & years!

They basically turned me into a disabled person, even I was in perfect health before I started to work there!
How tragic and sinister the state of Connecticut has become.

That's the real problem with Connecticut now. So many legislators, politicians, public servants not only wants to break ALL the local & state laws they can & they do it on a constant basic, but they also think they simply have the right to break U.S. Constitutional Laws!
Now that's a federal offense, so my guess is we all need to start contacting the Feds in our nation, because contacting almost anyone in the state of Connecticut does no good at all!

Send him a registered certified letter if you must. At least he would have a record of that, no matter what happens in the future wolfman!

My guess is that, if the state of Connecticut continues to abuse their powers, there WILL be a revolution in this country, & I think it might start in Connecticut. The residents of the state are so fed up & tired of having their civil rights & their safety put in jeopardy on a daily basis, due to the negligence of Connecticut's public servants!

Public servants means you are supposed to be SERVING the public, not taking advantage of them!
