What you people need to understand is that the New Haven PD is going after the easy targets while the hardened criminals enjoy some peace and quiet. After watching some of last summers crime storys in New Haven and Hartford I can see that the NAACP owns the City Police Departments. Its pretty bad when the Gangs have support from the community and not the Police. Crazy,, The Citys try to target whites while the suburbs are targeting Blacks and Latinos.

Any Americans in that group? Police probably used the Mayor's new ID cards to arrest them....

I think you're getting your "stings" mixed up. The 2nd sting involved the arrest of known female prositutes plying their trade, this latest sting as the first probally involved an undercover female police officer. My point being...I don't think the female police officer was chosen because she looked like "ugly wretched crack beaten street garbage".
