Taxes in Portland are already too high. Moved here from Killingworth, big mistake. No public water, garbage pickup or sewage where I live. Go ahead and shut my lights off. Portland is already a dump. At least with the lights off I won't be able to see it. I should have done a better job doing my homework before moving here. Shame on me.
