1 Sheltered life? Tell you what: Give me your real name and photo, and then let me post defamatory comments about you all over the Internet. We'll see how fast somebody needs to grow up. |

We all know that these two women are lying. There's no way they could have been taking a shower at that time because they'd had their hair permed about 4hrs earlier in the day.

Let me simplify it for you: The people on this forum who are trashing these Yale girls are the same people who without question would sue in a heartbeat if they learned of somebody posting defamatory comments about them all over the Internet. Ever hear of libel? |
|
Ever hear of libel? Look it up. IMO, it's insensitive jerks like you who think nothing of writing defamatory comments about others on the Internet who are lowering this country's moral standards. Ooops. I called you an insensitive jerk. Sue me. |
|
Um, libel. |

1 Of more concern to first ammendment wackos like me is that the fact that they used racial slurs is also in the lawsuit. Slurs are generally protected speech. Finally, there is something wrong with the fact that the judge has concealed the women's names and made the defendant's name public. We're not talking about a rape here. There is no reason to keep her name private. There actually is some reason to keep the defendants name secret, that whole "innocent until proven guilty" thing. I guess the girls judge shopped until they found one with a liberal feminist attitude to complement theirs. |

Actually, there is a reason to keep the names of the women private: Look at all the people here who have posted against these women, calling them names and putting down their school (as if their school has anything to do with this matter). If it was your daughter in this mess, I'd bet you wouldn't want her name released.
