Yale students name man who allegedly defamed them

These two females need to grow up and come out of their sheltered life. Life is tough and people say mean, bad and sometimes untrue things, its a passage of life. Instead of wasting taxpayer time and clogging up the wheels of justice, they should learn a little nursery rhyme:

Sticks and stones may break my bones, but names will never hurt me!!

I would like to start a fund for them to collect money so they can purchase a train ticket to reality!!!

Ohhhh nooooo....he called me names! Get a life. If everyone in today's world sued someone for calling them a name, the courts would be clogged beyond words.

We all know that these two women are lying. There's no way they could have been taking a shower at that time because they'd had their hair permed about 4hrs earlier in the day.

Strange they are suing because of comments made about them on the internet but are not willing to give their names. My experience with stuff like this is the judge must know a parent of one of the students because typically they will not take any small foolish suits or even larger ones when the accusers will not give their names, as long as it puts them in no danger of physical harm. Seems like they want to sue someone to pay off college loans but don't want people to know that is what they are doing

Maybe its true, then its not libel. But that is a question of fact as to whether she has an STD.

Of more concern to first ammendment wackos like me is that the fact that they used racial slurs is also in the lawsuit. Slurs are generally protected speech.

Finally, there is something wrong with the fact that the judge has concealed the women's names and made the defendant's name public.

We're not talking about a rape here. There is no reason to keep her name private. There actually is some reason to keep the defendants name secret, that whole "innocent until proven guilty" thing.

I guess the girls judge shopped until they found one with a liberal feminist attitude to complement theirs.

Actually, there is a reason to keep the names of the women private: Look at all the people here who have posted against these women, calling them names and putting down their school (as if their school has anything to do with this matter). If it was your daughter in this mess, I'd bet you wouldn't want her name released.
