Perp on a stolen dirt bike hits the back of a van and the innocent driver of that van gets beaten nearly to death by the degenerate criminal scum on the street. The FBI, State Police, and New Haven PD need to immediately assemble a task force and do a tactical door to door search of this neighborhood to round up these ignorant pieces of garbage. At a minimum the human ofal involved in this vicious attack need to be charged with gang assault and attempted murder and put away forever. They are a danger to our society deserve to rot in prison.

The dirt bag was trying to return the stolen bike to the owner but he didn't know who it was so he was riding it up and down the street in case the owner came by and saw him. He would then be thanked for returning the bike. LOL. The father is as big a loser as the dirt bag was. The only difference is that the father is an adult dirt bag and is still alive. Maybe somebody can get him a stolen bike to drive around on and find a van. We can only hope!

What bothers me is how Arnold told Actions news that the police beat that man up the 911 callers don't say nothing about the police he should be ashamed of his self I know Mamma Payne turned all over in her grave.I'm am so sorry that the young man passed away but the driver could've died too. Don't worry if the teens who beat that man are not bought to justice always remember,What you get away with man you will not get away with God. It may not happen today or tomorrow but Karma will come trust and believe speaking from experience.

This whole story is sad and this is just the next chapter. How many people called 911 but didn't have the courage to try to intervene? The news said there were dozens of calls but nobody stepped in to stop that man from being beat? Also, for such an impoverished neighborhood that doesn't have the money to get their kids into a social program to do something constructive there sure are a lot of people with cell phones. What are the priorities here people? Your kids or your cell phones?

Arnold Payne, the father of the kid who stole the bike and crashed, is campaigning to put up a stop sign "because maybe it would of saved him"...hello, Mr. Payne? you son STOLE the bike and was joy riding around town, regardless of the stop sign being there. Get a grip, your son was in the wrong in this case, the police didn't beat the driver, an angry mob did. Your son should have been taught the basics, Thou shall not steal..that lead to his untimely death, not a city stop sign. Get a life!
