Two charged in murder of Waterbury man

SICK...why are people so cruel in this world today!!??

I went to the same high school they did... so sad.

This is exactly why Connecticut needs the death penalty. The death penalty is a deterrent to murder.

The murderer and all his family and friends should be forcibly moved away from this neighborhood. They don't belong there, they have tainted this nice neighborhood. They are animals!!@

My brother went to school with the murderer.its crazy becouse when you think you know someone,at the end of the day you don't.PRAYER goes to the family of the victom,and good luck to the animal thats going to ROT in jail for the rest of your life.

No reason to take another mans life. They will have to answer to God for the mistakes and grief that their families have and will endure for the rest of there lives.

Yo The media is making him seem like a stone cold maniac,reguardless of what happened i know the guy who did it and he wasnt a bad guy. I feel very sorry for the victims family and no disrespect towards any of them but I also feel sorry for Q. Rapps family and friends, they lost someone as well.

I went to the same school as them and graduated with Tom..prayers to the family and I hope justice will be served..

i think that this guy was messed up on something and you can never do anything that wrong that you should be punished by death by a friend at that and i think now because he killed his "friend" that the law should come into place and give him what he deserves it may not be death but he should be put in jail for life that he could sit there everyday and think of whose life he took and think of everyone he hurt doing it

I knew Tom, not Quincy, but I can certainly say that the way Tom was murdered mirrored a very sick, unpredictable, and unstable mind. If he was 'your boy', you obviously were looking at him through rose colored glasses. Tom apparently saw what the rest of you didn't, and paid a high price.

Either that, or the tipster wanted the ransom money. Not to seem cynical, but the desire to get money after 3 weeks of keeping silent sounds more probable to me.

Ahhh, so, now we might be getting on to something. Both sold drugs - I assume, Nizzy, you're speaking from a knowledgeable point of view? Perhaps the plot is thicker than we originally thought, and someone owed someone else money. We need to open our ears to the streets to understand. And sure, something must have snapped, like Quincy's brain!! Executioner-style!! Sounds like a coward who doesn't know how to reason and so acts on his own uncontrollable impulses. Quincy deserves no sympathy; the only one on Quincy's side who is probably suffering is his mother, poor soul.
