Girls, and I use this as a perjorative. It is a good thing that you abhor stepping into the backroom. You are not that kind of girl. But not only must you actually use a backroom for dealmaking you have to school yourselves in backroom politics. No one whether it be Lew Oliver,Asperger in charge of Republicans, or when he was in charge Crotty would even consider taking a dime without this and they would only take real money not chicken feed: for 50,000 then budget 10,000 for a different lawyer and a private detective. The person handing you the 50 thou knows that if he is wearing a wire then you will more than rumor. Sheila from the Parliament House will step forward with the tapes on you. But, girls you got into politics for higher ideals. Really? Like concreting over this beautiful place. Like making sure more raped 18 year olds have been schooled by their parents to birth the baby or have a government denying them basic human freedom. Girls there haven't been many of you and there won't be. Unless you raise your daughters to step into the tiny backroom of a closet and pretend they are enjoying it.

I am still trying to make sense of this passage. I suspect it is some ancient language previously unknown to western civilization:
