I do not understand the recruiting practices of DCPS. Why would Duval County Public Schools recruit teachers all over the country? DCPS travel to different cities and states before the annual job fair. Teachers in other states have an "edge" before the residents of Jacksonville and Florida. Something is definitely wrong here.
