Looking for a temporary position of the KIA plant start-up. I'm an Injection Mold Tooling/Process Engineer retired from Sony Music. I've had 35 years experience in the machining, tooling, parts inventory, supervisory, and management fields in an production environment.

I'm 18 and in desperate need of a job. I've went on several interviews just to have them go to someone with more exprience. It is frustrating. Because of this I cannot gain any experience of my own. I have an IQ above 130 and have been given no opportunity to show what I have to offer. I live close to the LaGrange plant and I'm hoping for a job opportunity.

With an IQ of above 130, you are borderline genius. You should have been accepted to any university in the state or nation for that matter that you wish...in fact you should have recruiters calling you to attend. There is a high correlation of IQ and ACT scores, you should be around the score of 30, which will get you a full or half ride to Auburn. I am calling your bluff on that one.

An online IQ test is a fluke and you should not brag about a score that you received from your friends IQ test on their MySpace page. But, if you did have a professional IQ test administered, then all power to you, but you should not be working right out of HS, you need to go to college and become a doctor, engineer, vet, etc, etc, etc. If you wait too long, you will not be able to attend, life will catch up with you and keep you from going.

So, if all is legit, apply to a college ASAP and best of luck to you.

For the rest of you on this site saying that you need a job and posting your life resume- stop, this is not the HR department of KIA. Posting where you worked for 20 years on this forum will get you nowhere. Go get an application and stop whining. Good Luck, I really do hope you get hired!!!
