Yes, its a miracle everyone is ok! Maybe this can just be a lessoned learned for everyone instead of the blame game!

I have said it once and I don't think it could be stressed enough, you can never be tooooo careful when on the water!

i was not there but you said you was and saw what happened. i hope both parties learned a lesson from this.it could have been a very sad ending. one of my loved ones was on one of the boats and like i said ;i do not know whose fault it was; i am just thankfull no one was injured no worse than they were.you know what they say the guilty dog barks first.

i just hope that the right person is found guilty based on the evidence not because somebody knows somebody if you get my drift. in any event i am just grateful no one was killed or worse. if there is pic's they should tell the truth. a picture is worth a thousand words.

your "truth" is tainted because you are a relative..of course you are going to take up for your family...let the evidence fall where it may, but from what it sounds like, it does sound like the ratliff boat was the victim....and i dont know anyone involved..just from what the fwc said about the condition of the boats and what-not..

I figured there was alcohol involved, plus speed had a part of it.You use to be able to camp and have a good time on the st.marys till outta towners come in and young punks that think there so bad when they are drinking. use to be called the beautiful st. marys, no its nasty st.marys.

for the last time, nobody was drunk on our boat. i was on the ratliff boat, and we were out there 20 minutes. you people need to quit acting like you know what you're talking about. this accident had nothing to do with being intoxicated. wait....how about...... MINDING YOUR OWN DAMN BUSINESS!!!

wait i know i said i was gonna leave this alone, but who is this Linda saying it was my fault. i wasnt driving my boat in the first place. my buddy that got hurt was. i dont recall anyone getting a B.U.I. either. by the way, how does someone located in mississippi have any idea about what happened out there?

I wish people were more responsible and courteous on the rivers and waterways. I live on the River, and when we are out working on our dock or on the boat, boaters see us and still fly by and create large wake. Please be more curteous.

i am just thankful no one was killed or worse (there are some things worse than death) and i am sorry if you think i accused you for being at fault. i read and listen to the news is how i knew it. and scott; i am not a moot!and my opinion is not flawed; and i tellyou one thing the person i am related to is NOT a moron.one man said said he had the pictures to prove whose fault it was;and a picture is worth a thousand words.i am just sorry this happened and thank god no one was seriously injured. so please take the time to readall of my comments before you rush to judgement.

well im not a guilty dog. the pics show nothing but the side of my boat torn off by a tree. one of the people on my boat went to see the boat today at the wreckage, and she said there was a certain colored cooler with a certain type of beer in cans that was collected out of the water. that cooler was never in my boat nor canned beer. i intend on getting to the bottom of that, and the fact that the other driver wasnt breathalized. call me crazy, but it seems like everyone knows everyone around there to me.

and the rest of u who dont have a clue of what actually happened out there, GET A LIFE! your trashy opinions are not needed. thank you

terry, like i said i never said whose fault it was. i just spoke to my nephew ( and he is one of your friends). sorry if you got the wrong impression. i helped raise that young man and love him dearly. like i said i am just glad no one got seriously injured or ; and killed .my nephew is doing about as good as expected; i talked to him this morning. i took care of him from the time he was 6 months old til he was 3 years old;and i was very concerned about his health;especially the bleeding on the brain. i was fixing to pack a suitcase and come down there. but thanks to the lord he and everyone else is doing as well as expected. again i am sorry you thought i said i thought it was your fault.
