7-year-old Boy Shot by Stray Carjacking Bullet

Take the time to aim and hit the intended target, which in this case, would have been some thug and nobody would have really given an s***. This place has gone absolutely nuts. Nobody is safe anywhere and the bro's are running rampant. Nice city you have here.

What you may not understand about the no snitch problem is if you were to testify in court you might receive a visit from someone who is an associate of the accussed and it may not be a visit you want. These people may even exact revenge on the entire neighborhood and that is something no one wants.

Come on people speak up. It could be your child next time. Like the young girl who was shot and killed while laying in her bed. You could make your neighborhoods safer if you want to. Be like the men who recently chased down the the thug that robbed the lady near Jenkins BBQ. It's time to take a stand and take back our neighborhoods!!!! Prayers for the child who was shot.

I cannot imagine the pain of having a bullet "exit near the kneecap." No child should have to endure something so awful. Forget prison--these b*stards need to be executed. I feel so sorry for that little boy and his family.

The police are asking for leads. It's kind of hard to ID men in black ski mask. But someone might know why they were in that neighborhood. Giving info to the police does not mean you have to testify in a court. Oh and if you didn't notice these thugs are already shooting up your whole neighborhood. These men stoled and SUV and then shot at the men as they ran away. Bullets flying through the neighborhood and hitting and innocent child a block away. You can help stop that by helping the police. It used to be children were safe playing in their neighborhoods. Soon everyone in the house will be laying on the floor to eat, watch tv and getting dressed.

The national guard is prohibited by law from enforcing the law of the land. The only way for that to change is for the governor to issue a state of emergency or have the federal law changed, good luck on that one. However it has been proven that the community can stop the thugs, and they can do it by banning together and running the thugs out of town. The police can do it if they catch the thugs, but witnesses are needed. When the community gets fed up they will act. Hope the child recovers. People should be safe in their own house.

You are correct, that little boy has been in horrible pain and is probably afraid to go into his own home & room. I am sure his parents are besides themselves with worry. This shoot-em-up citizenry needs to be imprisoned forever. Apparently, a gun gives them a sense of power. This must stop.

I'm sorry. Your right. Actually, I've been around it my whole life. Now my kids have to deal with it in their schools. You seem like you have some ssnse. How were you not pulled down into the steets? Because I'm telling you right now. My kids tell me every day how it is at their schools, and it's not the white kids that are acting like they are going to become adults and run around in the streets shooting people. Do you have a solution?
