It would be a hellova lot cheaper to hire an extermanator. But then again, getting the courthouse back into private hands were it can earn tax dollars (river-front property) would be fine. As long as they don't feel like they have to build the Taj-Mahal to honor themselves. Plain concrete block building would be fine. No columns, no gold staircases, no red carpets, no altar to honor the politicians, no altar to honor the judges. They are ALL JUST EMPLOYEES of the PEOPLE.One more reason the City needs to get off its duff and build a new courthouse.

When I was living in Jax about 6 yrs ago, thay was talking about building a new CH.I guess the money they spending on other stuff are more important than the CH, it goes to show you that JAX is not a perfect city to live in.Jax sucks in VERY BIG WAY!

The way the States Ratts turn them loose you can just turn them loose at the jail and save money by not transporting them.
PS the new court house will have all the rats over there when they move |

Not as many as would have to be transported to the court house. |

I do agree that a large judicial complex would be great. The city of Jax has some prime property were the court house and jail sit.(Also the school board but that's another story) But when they had the chance to move the sports complex farther out, they didn't. Also all the building around the court house now are full of lawyers. They would have to move also. Leaving the downtown a ghost town like it was in the 70's and 80's. So unless you want to live in a new city call Cecil Field, the Bold New City of the South maybe we should leave it alone. |
Sturdivant, aren't you going to defend yourself? |
