Your headline is very misleading, or perhaps just poorly constructed. From the story no infant was killed in a courtroom, but your headline reads that way. Please consider rephrasing it.

If it was the mother like you claim, then why have the police charged dear old dad? why is that Kayla?
and why is it that the fist imprint LEFT IN THE 6 WEEK OLD BABYS SKULL matches that of dear old innocent DADDY DEAREST......whats your excuse now miss Kayla?

Nancy Krause and Darren Soen, the authors of this fantastic piece and its accusatory, negative headline, have already decided the verdict. Gee, who needs a judge when there's a baby involved? My question: Why is the mother being protected, when she obviously had a part in the situation? Why is Rachin, who has had a tough enough time in life, being virtually beat down by the media? I bet Nancy Krause and Darren Soen never lived anywhere like Bayside. I'll wager they never even set foot in neighborhoods like that, unless it is to report a story. I will continue this speculation to conclude that they would rather take a few statements from the police and family, write a little condemnatory piece in their comfy little cubicles or offices, and then go home and have hot cocoa with their little kids and forget that they called someone a murderer before a fair trial was held.... Anyone who has truth about this situation better speak up, because the news is full of BS.
