This was the third story balcony. That's a long way down. I hope they will be okay.

I hope someday you'll gain a lot of weight then maybe you would understand that most people who are obese have a disease---it's not all about over-eating or as I am sure you would say making a pig of themselves. How can anyone be so crass about someone else's tragedy? Shame on all of you who are doing so!

I agree, when one's life isn't so grand (Scott's) he will then try to ruin other's! Well I have a thyroid condition and weight gain is the #1 indicator, next to being very tired. So Scott, why don't you shut your trap, and thank God he hasn't taken your life yet!!!!!!!!!!

It is common knowledge that the apartments are responsible for maintaining the structure and its safety. Some one failed on their annual inspections. I smell $$ in the air. Unless, it was posted the amount of persons authorized upon this structure and the number exceeded that, then their could possibly be some questioning of who is the ones in the wrong.
As a landlord, you must always cross every "T" and dot every "I", as folks just lay in wait to get into your pockets (I have been there) a landlord that is.

I work out daily - cardio and toning, watch my diet, walk my dogs, work in my yard, go to college and work all day. I don't have a spare minute to sit on my butt. I avoid FF restaurants and stick to a diabetic style meal. Oh yeah...and I have a thyroid issue and am still overweight. I've done everything that you think I should. According to YOU, I should be perfect. Could you please be my personal trainer since you seem to know more than my own doctors?!?! Oh, I'm so excited to learn from you 'Great One'.
