My prayers go out to the family. Can we be safe anywhere? God Bless. I sure hope they find the person who did this and give them the death penalty. Or, does MI even do that?

I was very distraught about the whole crisis that occured friday evening. And it kept me up most the night because i'm a single mother of five and cant even imagine why this world is getting to the point that our children are being shot down in the street and to think that such a beautiful child at 16 years old has his whole life taken from at such a help less matter and to see our young people being in the presence of all this is just to much to swallow this a hard thing for this family to endure because this is a son a brother a friend a cousin a nephew part of a family and i will pray for god to give this family courage to undergo this tragedy may god be with you.

I knew Day-Day since freshman year and the I still remember the first day I met him. It was at creston swirl ( our freshmen year). Its was me Yoshi Day-Day and his sister we was all sitting in the waitting part of T.G.I fridays talking and laughing at Day-Day while he act a fool. We had so much fun that night I'll never forget it. I know God knew what he was doing when he took David from us, David had done his job God sent him to do and now he is in a better place. I wish we would've had more time to spend with him but I'll just talk to him and God every night in my prayer and to his family my heart goes out to you I feel your pain and I'll keep you in my prayer. ~God Bless~

Was this a completely random act of violence? I am sorry for the family and friends' loss. I just don't understand the gun violence. I suppose most of us don't.

My deepest thoughts and prayers go out to the family as well as his friends. It is truly a shame when an innocent young man cannot even walk home from school. May he rest in peace and justice served soon.

here we go again. please pray for this family and this young man's friends. this is just senseless. this was someone's child. when are folks going to get it life is too short for this type of foolishness. i hope they catch the murderer and give him his just reward. hopefully the fool that committed this hasn't had a moments peace and never will.

Sounds more like the Devil's work.
