20-year-old stabbed multiple times in Jenison

Wow...I hope the young person heals fast! Does anyone know who this was that was stabbed?

Why was he out at 3:30 AM, and not home in bed? Sometimes people put themselves in harms way and it is no wonder they get hurt. I remeber back when I was that age, if I was out till 3:30 I was up to no good.

yeah I have been wondering the samething Jim. I don't think most anyone who is up at that time of night is up to anygood, that is unless they have a 3rd shift job.

Btw, did we ever figure out which speedway it was, wood reported 1800 block but that one isn't open 24 hours so they wouldn't be open at 3 A.M.) But hey, wood usually gets info wrong just to say they were the first

kathy and lilpnut...from what I understood from one of the news reports is that his friends were attempting to drive him to the hospital and came to realize that he was in too much pain to make it and called an ambulance

this all originated from a previous night w/ one of the girls causing trouble. As usual the trouble making girls have to go get there big macho guy friends to gang up on one person at 3am. Maybe if he would hae left when he was told to leave multiple times out of his garage & premises this wouldn't have happened. Ya know he was on his own property defending himself.

A woman showed up at his friends house all distraught and beaten up by the person who ended up stabbing him. She insisted on going to the mans house to talk to him, so the victim and his friends went with her to protect her.

They arrived and a bunch of men came out the house hostile.
The "victim" pinned the man to the car because he was wielding something he couldnt identify. The next thing he knew he was being stabbed in the back. The man took off and they still cant find him.
The victim is fine, but has never met the person who did this to him before.

He went to target for the ambulance because they thought they had time to drive him to the hospital themselves, but he started to bleed out more rapidly so they called the ambulance and they told them to wait for it in the parking lot.
He only went to this persons house and didn't leave because he was worried if he left the woman would be beaten again by him.
He wasn't drunk, he was just trying to protect the girl who showed up at his buddies place.
He's a good kid who was trying to do the right thing.

ok misc, i guess u don't really know what happened do you??? If u did u would know that the girl was assaulting the male on friday night, and he pinned her down to stop her, i know all of these people. She got mad and wanted to retaliate, her exact words were ... "i'll just make sure he gets his **** beat real good then" and that's how those people ended up at his house. They weren't there to "talk", they went there to jump him. They were on his property, they should have never been there. It was not a love triangle, it was a stupid girl causing problems..... she was at my house causing problems friday night too, she's known for this crap. I don't care what anyone says, this was strictly self defense. And as for him running, he was scared, wouldn't you be if this happened to you????

the girl was not beaten up u idiot, and why would he leave her there?? she came with him to jump them. just so happens she got jumped by the guys sister, good, she shouldn't have been there to begin with

No it wasn't a love triangle, he didnt know this girl.
The person who was stabbed? Was UNARMED.. and is a smaller guy.

MAYBE she is a whackjob, but this idiot kid stabbed an unarmed man who was trying to make sure a woman he didn't really know wasn't gonna get the **** kicked out of her.
The guy who stabbed him? Has a record, will be going back to prison. The guys totally nuts. HE HAS GUNS POINTED AT PEOPLES HEADS ON HIS MYSPACE.

The kid who was stabbed? Is not a fighter. He doesn't start ****, ever. He went to make sure the girl was going to be okay. I can't speak for the rest of the guys but the victim didn't go to start ****.
And as for the guys who went to the little prick's house? As soon as they got there a few people came out of the house ARMED.
No one was running, they attacked.

Bruises on someones neck generally means they were abused. What are a bunch of guys supposed to think when they see that?

They probably shouldn't of gone there..no. BUT. Intentions were good. They saw a girl who was saying she was abused and sported the bruises to prove it.

It also does NOT condone the fact that those men came out of the house hostile, and STABBED an unarmed man in the back 6 times.
