Why yes, if only the whole world could make minimum wage with no benefits we'd ALL be better off!! Wary Consumer wrote: <quoted text> If Walmart had a union, my blinds would have cost considerably more. They pass that on to the consumer, you know? Silly thing about it is union members are consumers too. The cost of their goods goes up right along side of everyone else, then they are right back down to not having a living wage. In the meantime they REALLY screwed the folks who aren't union. Some nerve, eh?

Did you go to a Michigan public school? We have TWO houses. One is a "lake house" with lotsa winders. We bought Walmart blinds because it was the fiscally conservative thing to do. Yet still, at over $26.00 a window, it's a set back. However, fiscal conservancy is probably why we have TWO houses. No mortgage. Get a life. http://www.walmart.com/catalog/catalog.gsp...

I would like to get information on filing a claim against a former tentant that rented from my Grandmother. This lady took advantage of my granmother. This lady is in her late 50 and she has two sons one in his late 20's and the other in his early 30's. The three of the people fraudly had my grandmother to sign power of attorney papers, brieved her into putting her name on her checking account. In December of 2007 after my grandmother had a fall in her apartment this lady took her to her home, my cousin and I finally was able to get her out of this ladies home and place her in a nursing home. The day that my cousin and I went to pick her up, this lady and her son took my grandmother by force to the bank and had her to withdraw all of the money from her IRA. She sold all of her personal items from her apartment and kept the money, she refuses to give my mother the rest of my grandmothers personal items. Is there anything that can be done legally to make this lady and her sons accountable for my grandmothers estate. My grandmother passed on about a week ago. Any information that you can give me will be appreciated.

Be careful what you wish for. Lucy in Rockford wrote: <quoted text> LOL! Fortunately, my husband has never been, and never will be, a union worker. And he takes care of me just fine. And he has no use for unions, either.
