Don't bother posting to this comment because the site manager never let the last post I wrote regarding the previous financial bailout appear in the forum. If the following are off-limits topics then what's the point:
politicians of both parties
destructive trade policies
national debt level
influence peddlers
unemployment recipients
government takeovers of the private sector
socialism

All I can say is help the people who are struggling who are trying to help themselves. Not the people who bought homes using subprime rates that they couldn't afford when the rates changed. Sounds to good to be true it usually is. Retirement funds are dropping like bombs. I lost $100,000. in 401K since the first of the year and my husband lost his job after 27yrs with the same company. Whos going to bail us out when the unemployment runs out/

I have about $25,000 of short term debt they can buy.... I don't have to buy it back, right? I knew this scheme would eventually work out...

You should have voted for Ron Paul!
I don't know who I am voting for yet...
But it won't be John McCain!
Michigan doesn't exist to him!
Hoekstra and Levin are gone Nov 4
Stabenhowe stays.... because she just said "No" to the failed bailout of Wall Street!

Please, check out Bob Barr. I could list the reasons why I think he's our answer, but I'd rather other people find out for themselves. Go in with a skeptical mind about him. I think once you've fully checked him out, you'll have a new perspective. Check him out, and I'd love to hear what you think... and not just Ghost of Neko, any and everyone. We all seem to have opinions on Obama & McCain, but no one bothers to take the time to check out ALL the options...

I checked out Bob Barr earlier and while I think he would make a good third choice, I decided to go with Chuck Baldwin of the Constitution Party. He won't be for everyone I know, but between the man and the Party Platform that's where my vote went.

Good enough Hurley. I just wish more folks would take the time to truly educate themselves. Too many people rely on the biased news coverage or family input or one debate to make this very important decision. I looked at Chuck Baldwin, and I really liked a lot of what he stands for. I just like Bob Barr a little better. I'd be ok with Baldwin in office, I think. If Bob Barr weren't running, Baldwin would have my vote.

I'd be fine with Barr in office as well, although I don't completely subscribe to the Libertarian platform. Either Barr or Baldwin would be better than the losers the two-parties are throwing at us!

Unbelievably financial messy ...
Keep sending US$ overseas to fund the wars while the average US citizens suffer from them. Those greedy companies should not be bailed out, their CEO's need to live in jails!

Either Bob Barr or Chuck Baldwin.
The need to come to West Michigan and have their own debate!(I suppose we could invite Ralph too)
None of the Media darlings want to answer my economic questions...
Like what to do with all the people who had their jobs replaced by machines.
Not to mention WHY did the American Business OWNERS use their Bush Tax breaks to move those machines to China and India?
If I was George Bush...I would be madder than heck... those TAX BREAKS were intended to create new jobs in the USA.
The folks who got the Bush tax breaks let him down!
IMO....it is time to put a 50 to 100 percennt DUTY on all imported manufactured goods from Asia until Asians have a MINIMUM WAGE equivalant to Americas.
Can't have free trade until we have FAIR TRADE first!
Oh yea.... ALL FORIEGN AID must come to an end....TODAY.
Time to let our so called "friends" pay for their own cakes!
Great quiz, thanks for the link! I would absolutely LOVE a debate with the other (and IMHO more qualified) candidates.

Better than voting for more evil!
That's exactly why I will be voting 3rd party from now on. I got tired of voting the lesser of two evils presented to the American Voters by the broken two party system. This year I voted FOR something, not against someone.

Well, as I've been saying for some time now, the only "Wasted" vote in this election is one cast for either Obama or McCain.

I go between Chuck Baldwin & Bob Barr as well. Both party platforms are similar. Of the two candidates Bob Barr would probably have more mass appeal due to his "experience".(I am getting to the point as I'm sure many of you are, that "experience" may actually be a bad thing.)

Personally, I'll probably go with Baldwin due to the Constitution Party's monetary policy. Although the Libertarian monetary policy is similar it does not have the insistence on the gold standard which I like.

Right after the taxpayers finish paying for the luxury spa treatment and accomodations for the AIG executives that cost 400,000 of the 85,000,000,000 we gave them in their first installment.
