Jaliek Rainwalker is Not Forgotten

Hello All, A storm knocked my computer out. I see I haven't missed anything of importance.. An almost gallant try to break up the people that care about Jaliek.. It isn't going to happen. No money from the Task Force has been spent on any of our personal use. Sybil can think what she wants.. the party for Jaliek was paid for by all who attended. I was there.. it was a wonderful touching party. The cakes that were made by Jaliek's sister were handmade and beautiful.. The books that were given came from all of us who attended.. they will be donated to a library in Jaliek's honor.. After they are donated we will not ask the library for the books back.. they are donated with love for Jaliek.
I have seen a lot of hatred in my life, but I have never seen so much nonsense & hatred compiled in a blog. This woman claims she has a love for Jaliek.. yet denies a bake sale to raise awareness. how sad & miserable a life you live Pat/Jody. The searches that are done to look for Jaliek are all volunteer. Have you ever done a search.?. even the forest rangers provide you with refreshments after you beat through the woods.. For someone who knows all you sure are misinformed on the whys & wherefores...Lavanda said it all.. do not feed the troll.. Back to Jaliek.. he is the main subject. The love and concern about this missing 13y/o child is what is important. Whatever avenue we need to travel down , will be searched.. We are a solid group and have nothing to fear..

No where to bathe,etc. Maybe there is not a statute of limitations when neglect can be proven?? Maybe someone should look into that aspect of this case. He and his wife should have at least been charged with that!!!!

Come on< Dancing, you must know that they have been investigated. By a Court of Law. Barbara Reely saw to it that every allegation you made was put before a judge, when she filed for custody of Jaliek to be removed from the Kerr family. And guess what the judge determined: the Barbara Reely's accusation would full of fantasy. She is a spinner of stories and and a con person, taking people's money and destroying lives.

Remember, the JUDGE in a court of LAW determined that there was no abuse.

Barbara is very good at what she does. But she doesn't fool everyone.

I've always felt....and still do to this day...that Jaliek is alive and that Stephen arranged some kind of "giving of him away". I have never changed my view and it's my deep gut instinct. I believe he "sold" him to some kind of over zealous religous "cult" that lives out west or somewhere in their own "camp" or place that is out of the way.

Stephen and Jocelyn had already made the decision to "give him back" prior to Jaliek going on the "retreat". I believe while he was gone, that is when the plans were put in place. Stephen picked up Jaliek, took him to his favorite place to eat, let him ride in the front seat (out of guilt) and then someone met them and off they went with Jaliek to "his new home". It's even my guess that Jaliek didn't even mind leaving. He probably assumed anywhere was better than back to the conditions he lived in before with his adopted parents.

It's important that Jaliek's photo/posters be continually posted in every possible place around the USA and Canada.

This has always been my deepest feelings and I cannot shake it. Keep on posting Jaliek's pictures, posters and keep getting the word out. Someone somewhere may know something.

WOW! It's been a while since i sw any postings on here. I'm pleased to see the movement. But I haven't heard anything on the dispositon of Barb's case. I'm sure it will turn out just fine (if it hasn't already).

As for you "Meow". Whether Jaliek is dead or alive. I have no doubt justice will be served, in time. Aparently, you are missing the entire point to all that has been going on. I suggest you go back to the beginning and READ the facts, Not just jump in at random and ****-U-ME you have a clue.

As for the "Planted jacket". I don't think so. Barb, like the rest of us who support this worthy cause, is willingto seek JUSTICE, not risk blowing everything on stupidity.

Did SK kill Jaliek out of anger, jelousy or in a moment of desperation and insanity? Know one knows for 100% sure. But, Someday, all the questions will be answered and the facts will surface, like a floating body, as to what really happened on that cold November 1st night.

Until that time comes. the search for Jaliek, Justice and love for him will be eternal and undieing.

Supposedly they Kerr's attorney is going to release the video of the possible sighting of Jaliek at the Colonie showing of Batman tomorrow morning, per Fox news. (A man phoned in that he beleived Jaliek was at that theatre. They have video footage...it's with Kerr's attorney.)

That's a good place to display possible evidence. Why not have the news air it so it could reach more people?

Kim, sorry. I didn't type that correctly. Was tired last night. lol. Apparently, a man said he saw a young man who looked like Jaliek at a theatre called Colonie...watching a Batman movie. He called the police. The police pulled video and they found the young man. They then gave the video tape of the "look alike / Jaliek" to Kerr's attorney. Kerr's attorney said they would release the videotape to the FOX NEWS network on Wed morning. Thus, we can all see for ourselves. Sorry for the confusion.

Interesting, Kerrs Attorney has a video of Jaliek. I wonder if we will actually be abe to see his face clear enough? And, How did they obtain the tape and why weren't Authorities notified IMMEDIATELY? Another thing, How will they be able to authentacate the footage? For all anyone knows, Kerr could have had it altered. It is possible.

If this were Jalike. Don't you think by now, someone would have recognized him?

There are a slew of questions that will needto be answered (if it is Jaliek). For instance:
If jaliek were kidnapped, does anyone really thinks the kidnapper would allow himto go into the public eye? Especially at Crossgates?

There is a 7 year statute of limitations on kidnapping. Why would a kidnapper let his/her victim into public with-in the statuory limits. Especially in the general area of his disappearance and with the amount of publicity this case has been given?

Something smells fishy.

Sorry, Why would the police turn it over to Kers Attorney and not Greenwhich Police or the FBI. Something still smells fishy.

Hi Lavanda, Thank you for clearing that up for me. It left me shaking my head.

Is Barbara a 'person of interest' in the disappearance of Jaliek? Im hearing rumours that she is.

A legitimate question would have warranted a legitimate answer. Why should Barbara be a person of interest? Jaliek was last seen with SK and JM would allow him back home with JR. Draw you own conclusions. How does that grab your tongue meow?
