Too bad they vilify and persecute the Mafia so much in New Yuk City. They'd handle the cruds like this guy.
If the citizens were given the rights that they fought for in 1776 the would be armed and able to better protect themselves instead of being victimized by the criminals and the corrupt city and state governments that were meant to protect them in the first place.

1. A life time of fines for murder with fists. 2. A life time in prison for murder with a knife.
"Let the punishment fit the crime" according to a states attorney in the area of Rockville, Md. that has worked for the district and circuit courts for over 28 years. During his lunch break at Appollos Restaurant, he gave our colleages a good dissertation on how the law works. This above is an elite microcosm of the law's constitution if you will. He has been a good friend of Doug Duncan and Isaac Leggett for more than 18 years. He now works with John McCarthy in the district and circuit courts.

We sure can't trust private citizens with that kind of control over their lives. Doing the right thing for that neighbor didn't cost this man his life, living in New York did. Try that sh@t in Az, and it will turn out differently I bet. Well then New York City needs to be like Arizona, because New York City's peaceful residents are just sitting ducks for these street thugs.

I now live in Kentucky, carry my .357 and have had only one occasion to draw it ( after the perp saw it he took off and set a land speed record!). This answers the age old question - what do you call an unarmed person in a big city - you call him a victim. True, and good for you.I would pay some money, just to have seen that scene with him high tailing it,and running off.
