Another innocent victim who would be alive if he had a gun on him. Without the right to carry a weapon all law-abiding American citizens are easy prey. Thank God,throughout most of America, citizens are allowed to legally carry guns so they can protect themselves and their families if such an emergency occurs!

What kind of reporting is this!! What did the suspect look like? What was he wearing? Those are the questions I want to read about so we can look for the suspect. Instead, the media chooses to protect the suspect instead of the victim and plus it's easier than doing some investigating reporting the streets are too dangerous for that!

I left NYC 15 years ago primarily because of the conceal carry restrictions. I now live in Kentucky, carry my .357 and have had only one occasion to draw it ( after the perp saw it he took off and set a land speed record!). This answers the age old question - what do you call an unarmed person in a big city - you call him a victim.
