Angry Boyfriend Tosses Woman's Lap Dog Out Window
A man angry over a worsening relationship threw his girlfriend's small dog out his third floor window killing the defenseless animal, the ASPCA said Friday.

'The system' should parachute drop him in Antarctica with a sack lunch..a toothpick..and check back 6mos later. Saves money spent on him by taxes.
