Among the numerous white lies of McCain, 'change is coming' yes change will come no matter what, in McCain's case if he were tragically elected, we would have a new President and that in itself would constitute change, sure. In McCain's case that is where it would end however, it would be like reelecting Bush for a third term, which really would not be a change at all. In Obama's case we would see President Obama and the newly elected Democrats in the House and Senate get straight to work at reversing all of the failed economic, foreign, environmental, employment, education and many other failures of the Bush administration. It is not a matter of will there be some kind of change, it is a matter of exactly what kind of change we want, Obama all the way if that's the question.

MCCAIN IS NO MAVERICK

I'm sick of hearing that John McCain is a maverick ! This is the lie of all times. John McCain is too old and out of touch with the country and the world. McCain is not a maverick he is the problem of the country. Voting 95% of the time with the worse President in America history. GOD help us if John McCain and Gov. Palin get on the street of the white house. Let along inside! Young people should be very scared of John McCain's judgement . He has a proven record of horrible judgement that lead to the needless death of Americann troops. All this talk about keeping America safe after 9/11. WHO THE HELL ARE THE 4,119 DEAD IN IRAQ???? They are not safe there DEAD! McCain and Bush should stop saying that they kept America safe after 9/11. All they did is add to the number of American death after 9/11! John McCain is no more a maverick then President Bush. John McCain is part of the mess of the past 7 years of Bush. If you want to see what a McCain President looks like. Just rewind Bush last 7 years.

McCain will keep the nightmare of the last 8 years alive all Bush all the time. He lives off of a myth about his indepencce but McCain is no maverick, no straight talker - he is just a pol who has brought in the junk yard dogs. McCain has sold out to the Bushites. He is willing to do what ever it takes to get elected. Fair enough, but lets call it like it is. McCain fans need to end their hypocrisy and seem him for the down and dirty campaigner that he is. He cynically chose "Country first": as his slogan. Country First? Is that some kind of joke? What McCain means is military contractors first (War in Iraq - prime example). More war, more outrageous weapons programs which do nothing for US security but fill the coffers of the military-industrial contractors,- the Lockeed Martins, Blackwaters and Halliburtons of the world. Maybe McCain means the Wealthiest 0.5% of the Country First. More tax cuts for the rich while draining the the US Treasury and continuing to run up massive deficits like all of his Republican predecessors. Country First? Such hypocrisy is enough to turn the stomach of any voter who knows anything about what makes the real McCain run. He may slide into office on his Karl Rove Fear and Smear campaign but Country First is only a cruel joke being played on a poorly informed American electorate - and even worse their sons and daughters.

THE BOLD FACE LIE.......AND MCCAIN

Aides to Mr. McCain said they had a team on the ground in Alaska now to look more thoroughly into Ms. Palin’s background. After babygate DUIgate abuse of powergate another baby momagate etc.... A Republican with ties to the campaign said the team assigned to vet Ms. Palin in Alaska had not arrived there until Thursday, a day before Mr. McCain stunned the political world with his vice-presidential choice.
Although the McCain campaign said that Mr. McCain had known about Bristol Palin’s pregnancy before he asked her mother to join him on the ticket and that he did not consider it disqualifying, top aides were vague on Monday about how and when he had learned of the pregnancy, and from whom.''BOLD FACE LIE!!!
While there was no sign that her formal nomination this week was in jeopardy, the questions swirling around Ms. Palin on the first day of the Republican National Convention, already disrupted by Hurricane Gustav, brought anxiety to Republicans who worried that Democrats would use the selection of Ms. Palin to question Mr. McCain’s judgment and his ability to make crucial decisions. AND THEY SHOULD!!! McCain is too old and out of touch with the country and the world. AND THE SLECTION OF GOV.PALIN MORE THEN PROVE THAT!!!!!!
At the least, Republicans close to the campaign said it was increasingly apparent that Ms. Palin had been selected as Mr. McCain’s running mate with more haste than McCain advisers initially described.

MCCAIN DOES NOT GET IT!

When asked whether this would suppress free speech, McCain and his followers glibly assert that "money is not speech." But how can you have the right to speak--unless you have the right to use your own money and resources to broadcast your ideas? That's like telling a publisher he can print whatever he wants--so long as he doesn't spend money to buy printing presses.
The most brazen aspect of this proposal is the fact that McCain would suppress political speech specifically in an election season--precisely when a citizen's freedom to express his political views is most crucially needed. Such a provision is patently unconstitutional--and patently un-American.
But McCain doesn't stop there. He was adamantly opposed to any increase in "hard money" limits on direct contributions to candidates, and he managed to cut the proposed increase by half. It is well known that hard money limits--set at $1,000 in 1974 and never increased despite decades of inflation--favor incumbents, who have built up extensive fund-raising networks. Maverick challengers, who rely on a smaller pool of donors, are starved out.
But what if a challenger is wealthy enough to finance his own campaign? McCain-Feingold has that covered, too. In that case, the incumbent's contribution limits are lifted to $6,000, helping him stave off the challenger.
And then, as icing on the cake, McCain led our public-spirited senators in voting themselves a new government-enforced discount on television advertising time.
McCain says that campaign finance reform is needed to safeguard the integrity of our politicians. It looks more as if it is intended to safeguard their political careers by shutting out challengers and muzzling independent critics.
McCain's tactics are as dubious as his goals. He has demanded that his whole package of campaign finance controls be "severable"--that is, if one part of the bill is struck down by the courts, the others will remain. So this avatar of integrity is asking his fellow senators to pass a bill whose exact content they cannot know, since it is almost certain to be revised by the Supreme Court. On the other hand McCain voted against the GI bill. LOSER!
Consider also the collateral damage from McCain's crusade. For the past two weeks, McCain's quest for campaign finance controls has sidelined a tax cut proposal that is an important step toward curbing the growth of government.
This is a crucial time. The Democrats are in full disarray on taxes, as demonstrated by their appeal to such lame counter-proposals as a one-time tax rebate--a failed idea resurrected from the failed Carter administration.

NOW IT DOES NOT MATTER

Republicans stood by as the attacks against Obama's church members that where shut in and dying of cancer. Reporter visit there dying bed to dig up dirt on Obama. There was no call for OFF LIMITS'' The attack on Michelle Obama for saying that she loved her country FOR THE FIRST TIME''. In HER life! It didn't matter that John McCain said that it was not until his capture did he began to really love his country. Republicans have what I call selected patriotism. Republicans love to talk about country first . But where they thinking of country first when they sent American troops to war without proper armor? McCain and the rest of America now justabout monthly listen to tapes from Bin Ladin. Disrespecting America because instead of going after the evil behind 9/11. We attack Iraq! Judgement is what America should be looking for not 27 years of so-call experince! All McCain so-call experince did not stop him from making a horrible judgement . That cause the needless death of American troops!
