NYC Cash-For-Tests Program Shows Mixed Results
A program to pay students in some New York City high schools up to $1,000 for passing Advanced Placement tests has shown mixed results.

There were more tests taken but less students passed. Did they forget to tell these students that in order to pass you need to study and attend school? Just curious.
