Building collapsed in Forestville

there wasnt any strutual damage to that building visable ilived there for 5 yrs that new owner lived for that building any money he earnd went into that place

There was a big bulge in the wall when I used to live there. The new landlord when it fell didn't try to fix it, but instead he painted it. Everybody cheered when it fell for the last time before it's real demolition. The new landlord blamed the building collapsing on me and my friends.

how long did you live there mendez you owed back rent , left alot of trash glen put new water lines ,water heaters, electric lines, roof, doors,floors, washer and dryer hook ups, ceilings,ceiling fans,heating systems, gass meters,new bath rooms including tubs,toilets,sinks and showers. i know this because i helped pay for it

I hope the Tavern survived...

ok how can a child owe back rent?

a pile of crap is still crap even if you paint it. the place was a dump. glad its gone

you think its crap because u own nothing that building had more work done on it than any home or business in forestville look at the tavern on the mall trashed inside and out i bet its next to fall

you make no sense, how do you know what i own? as a home owner in this town I'm relieved its gone.looks much better then a taped off falling down pile of painted crap.

sorry you own in forestville ..... that building was a strong part of history if you cared ,why didnt you do something about it some people in yhat town like to talk smack about others when they dont even take care of their own your own property probably needs work [paint] but you will leave a comment without your name

who was taking smack? go back and read your own posts. you shouldn't assume what i or anybody else in this town does. your the one who put money in to that building then sorry for you.

forestville people need help thats one of the reasons i moved there is no respect for one another there
