Don't y'all know there are different rules for cops and teachers? They don't HAVE to follow the rules... they can "make 'em and break 'em", they can enforce them, but God forbid they follow them. I'm pretty sure it's in their union contracts. Oh, and teachers only work 180 or so days per year, and cops get free cars/gas to take home! And they're all a bunch of whiners. Aint NYS Grand?!!

30 years ago I came within moments of being raped by a drunken 300 pound Samoan COP in Honolulu. Trust me, fear will make you do almost anything. Fortunate for me, I was saved by his sober partner.

Know this officer and he made a racist comment to me, about someone close to me. He has a wife working in the courts, that showed up with black eyes and stated that he was beating her..thus the reason for the order of protection, that got him in trouble with the weapon and the feds!
Is he capable of doing what he is charged with...absolutely from my experiences with him over the years!
He has a poor reputation in the hispanic community for shagging people, whenever he felt like it!
He was more brutal to his own people than anyone, so the power he felt as a BPD and a wife abuser, could easily have gone to his head with this poor young woman!
Wait...he will take a plea, because he knows it is all true and he wants little or no time! He probably will get his time on the west side, anyway!
