Michael Vick has openly admitted to the fighting, torture, and murder of many pitbulls on his land in Virginia. These dogs were not only fought but murdered in some of the most brutal ways-beating, drowning, hanging, and even electrocution. For the horrible crimes that Michael Vick has committed, he was sentenced to a mere 23 months in prison, and now his lawyers are announcing that he should be out of prison and in a halfway house any day now. This petition is to encourage the NFL to not reinstate Michael Vick into the NFL EVER! Professional Athletes are Role Models to our Nations youth, whether they want to be or not. Young children look up to them and emulate them. Michael Vick should never be allowed to play professional football again. Look people, I don't think he should be banned at all. All he did was kill some dogs. I think he was guilty of pure stupidity. I mean he was the focial point of the Atlanta Falcons and getting all that money and what did he do he just pissed it away. At worse he deserved only 6 months in jail not 2 years.

He didn't do a real atroicity. If it was about killing a girlfriend like Rae Caruth formerly from the Carolina Panthers the let that person rot.

Actully during that same time when Vick was accused there was another case in the WWE. That was the case of Chris Benoit wrestler of the WWE who had his Steroid Rage. Where was the outcry in that. He killed his family, HIS WIFE AND HIS CHILD and then Benoit hung himself. Now that is an atrocity and that coward should never have any honor.

But where were you people and your outcry when this happened. YOu simply ignored it and focused more on Vick. It appears that you folks care more about Dogs then some human beings. I am not condoning Vick but he served his time and I think he needs to be back in the League. There are far more attrocities than just a person wasting his time on holding dog fights (which was a stupid way of using your money).

I made a very intelegent point and all you can do is come back with a one liner. This is a point about values in this country which is a hyprocity. Apperently, you value animals more than people. I work hard and I am a law abiding citizen. And make intelligent decisions in my life. Just because I value people (including my family and children) more than animals doesn't make me a scum.
