i do not think he is guilty, i have never seen DS act in any aggressive manner. my information comes from this forum. i am looking for non objective information. it seems like this place is a bash sight were everyone has knoledge of nothing and speaks of rumor and trash.

On July 29th Scarpino was indicted on two charges; 1st degree manslaughter and second-degree murder. On August 24th, there was a pre-trial hearing. If they offered a manslaughter plea then they must have a weak case and dont want it to go to trial.There is so many levels of people involved in this is so many ways,it would be tough to get a guilty verdict.
