This guy sounds like a real winner! I wonder how many other teachers and other professionals are serious crooks that still make it in their professions.

I can't resist....Life Coach will weigh in and say that this teacher obviously scored less than 1000 on the SATs, went to Buff State, probably has tattoos, smokes Parliments and is either a product of a dysfuntional/illegitimate uprbringing, or he is a volunteer firefighter. And to top it all off, the teacher only entered the field in order to "mentor" children toward his own gains. There may be more, including th general MYOB from the Coach, but I think that it's time for Coach to move on, create a new identity and try it all over again. The game is old. Some of them were funny at first, then it got into the desperate attention seeking mode where it was just pathetic.

This is only to highlight the One Trick Pony Show from the humour bank of Life Coach.

What about the teachers who were grandfathered into most school districts, never having to be fingerprinted at all to keep their employment, back when they started the fingerprinting program for all new hires???

New York State needs to pass a law which includes fingerprinting of all teachers, not just new hires.

Who knows what will be found teaching the children of New York State???

This does not surprise me at all with NY State and those in charge of screening applicants. If you ever call them to obtain information to lodge a complaint you will be told to fill out the application online and submit it. This shows real concern they have about students at risk of being abused or already happening. I know of incidents occuring and NO one is willing to take the reports. But I bet if the student retaliates watch how fast something will be done to them..and not their abuser.
