The USA should adopt the punishment methods of the near East. Flog the little bastxxxx with a cane, once for each stone thrown.

I've had by car hit twice by kids thowing things on the thruway. One on Grand Island and it almost hit my windshield. The other in Cheektowaga, by the Galleria Mall. That one hit the top of my car. Both time the brats were not caught and both time the police said the punks that live in the lower income family units close by are the culprits. They try, but it is hard to catch them, but they also know who does it, but can't prove it. It is a sick, scary feeling when this happens. It is also expensive if you want to keep you car nice. Punishments are too soft for any crime. That is why there is so much of it and at such a young age.

They should have their day in court and then they should serve the maximum sentence. Having them clean the toilets in City Hall, scrubbing the floors (on their hands and knees) NO MOPS! Cleaning up the City streets, engaging them in trash removal, removing graffiti from buildings, painting & repairing houses for the elderly etc. They will most probably get some form of community service. They should experience the most menial, dirty, degrading jobs available. That might give others pause for thought and it might teach these individuals a lesson provided that they take part in these duties every day for a period of NOT LESS THAN ONE (1) YEAR>

A 16 year old girl threw a rock at my car, shattered the window and cut the face of my baby. She was arrested and processed. She never showed up for court.

I should have beat the daylights out of her while I had the chance.
