Hes just one of many officers in that department that are using illegal drugs. Ive seen some of them using illegal scrip pills, coke, weed, whatever some of them can get their hands on. Hope this guy gets some real time.

Hell, I have it on good authority that one sheriff's deputy in Niagara County would regularly pay the teenage girl who babysat his children with Marijuana!!! |

It appears that these Corrections aren't any better than the individuals (criminals) they are guarding.

Some people believe that because someone gave them a uniform that they are somehow better than everyone else.:-) Truth be told, anyone who wears a uniform as part of their job/career is lower middle class at best. |

you got a junkie cop on the tax payer payroll?? this DA and judge should be investigated! once a main liner always. this disgrace continues time and time again in WNY. these people should be held to a higher standard and punished worse than the average joe. Im glad we left WNY |

The majority of people that get caught with drugs that do not have a criminal record never serve jail time. That is the way the system works, he is no different than any other Joe Schmoe on the street. |
