I haven't live in Buffalo in about a year and just left Buffalo from visiting family. WOW- all I can say about this article is that Buffalo is an old city and I feel that not only the property mangagers should of corrected this situation but also the prior city officals at city hall and Erie County officals. Apparently thank goodness no one has gotten hurt by this and hopefully this issue will be resolved not only in the downtown area but other areas around the city of Buffalo.
