One has to wonder how long his actions were going on, and were they going on while he was sitting in judgement of others? Talk about hypocritical.

He should get the maximum sentence, lose his pension(s) and be forced to register as a sex offender. But this won't happen because we have a two-tier justice system in this country. Rich and powerful folks get off, while working stiffs get the maximum.

Spitzer get seeing as his crimes were much worse.
Does anyone know? I am sure his got swept under the carpet. What a great legal system we have...

This Judge Tills has been known to be a sexual pervert for many years!
It was historic that he made sexual remarks to female court employees forever...but with the status of the courts...especially with a woman administrative judge, sexual issues are taboo and worthy of abusive behavior against the female victims who complained!
The courts are to be considered pure of all illegal behavior and thus, no one is to mention any type of sexual behavior by it's employees!
Retaliation will be bestowed upon you for life...including at your own home...if you dare to alert the administrative judge townsend, that you do not accept sex as a working condition!
So...the old slug got away with it, until he crossed state lines and other states found judicial sexual behavior a crime!
If you are upset by these comments, then don't investigate the Buffalo NY 8th judicial district, justice system!
Hopefully this comment and site will remain on WIBV...since WIBV caters to the judiciary and it's rip off of the taxpayer!

This is a small town Judge from Buffalo. Spitzer was a GOVENOR Of the entire STATE. Spitzer's was going on for years too they reported.

He probably made a fortune doing what he did. And guess what, he may get up to 21 months in jail. I would gladly serve the time if I made that much. justice is never served only when it is the average person that does the crime.

The Snooze(News) says Tills was not a judge during some of his perverted events. This is a lie.
Judges retire "silently" in NY STATE at age 70, but the big real chief judge, who resides in NYC within our corrupt state...Judith Kaye....has allowed all of them to remain on the job..per some law she helped invent, for an additional 6 more years, with a certification every year!
Tills was in his same job most likely doing the same work until last year age 72, but under certification, hopefully until he was 76!
His crimes continued for several years, but they are negating the final certified 3 years.......I guess because the taxpayer didn;t elect him for those years!
So....technically he was the same supreme court judge, he was 3 yrs ago....and don't believe anyone from the courts who tells you otherwise...they like to lie to the taxpayer, but as an insider for many years, the scoops are plenty!

Also...the Buffalo snooze is well aware of this, but chose to tell you a lie, because they are protecting the courts as the courts give them an office in their Franklin St. building, very close to the very slick, administrative judge SHARON TOWNSEND, so they can obtain first hand knowledge of all reports of our daily crime....hmmmmm..... so very interesting!
Shouldn't the news have an office away from where they MUST remain objective? What is wrong with the Rath Bldg for their hands on work.. so very close to the courthouses..right?
This is why Buffalo remains in the darkness of political corruption..the one horse paper is biased and extremely protective of the JUDICIAL SYSTEM...no wonder we have so many criminal judges running loose, until they get caught!!

One of these court jester morons was a judge and another a retired police captain from Lockport, New York. They both deserve the maximum penalty allowed by law, because these two old fools knew, better than almost anyone, just how wrong what they were doing actually was. Totally disgusting; these jerks are lower than common criminals, because they went from enforcing the laws to intentionally breaking them!!!
