Like the man says we can make them pay the next two weeks. And how many lives will you endanger while your "making them pay" Figures coming from someone concerned with Dewey and Adam. They were both losers. Did you really know them???

They are only concerned with firing people with seniority (greater then 6 months at this POS company) so they can fill medic cars with basics making minimum wage. How many medics did we lose this year? 30+ How may are we gaining? 1!!! When you have HR managers that treat people like crap what do you expect. Medics, run to TCA or another real company before RMA dies and you are competting with 100 other people for limited jobs. RUN!!!! We all may be wearing white shirts soon, Adin, Rusinski, Erin and the rest will go down with the ship.

it may be an important job but when i always see rural metro and twin city vehicles parked in lots and at their own homes and these people work 60 hours and sleep on the job and get paid for that yet get all that overtime , there's something wrong- reality is most businesses really don't treat their people well and the way of the world is no ot and just be happy to have a job. regardless of whether you like the job or not be grateful to have it because there isn't much out there especially at a decent pay and benefits and people shouldn't live above their means- for many years now it has been said the average person will hold like 8 or 9 jobs in a lifetime- not 1 anymore like the old days- save when you can and don't just spend or buy the mansion based on your current salary because as we all know , especially today- you will not have that job for 30 years to pay it- get something more affordable and think about your future -times have changed and not for the best and we all live with that everyday and we want what we think we deserve and to care for our families but that's not businesses concern- you are a number and it's all about their bottom line

Mee- Think why would these tca / rm vehicles be sitting in lots? Because the employees would rather be sitting in a truck then on a corner then some place better? The work 60+ hours a week because they have to! They are only making 9 bucks an hour. And sleeping on the job is where you get your rest when you have to work so many hours to make a living. And for the world is no OT think you should check with the companies. The schedule the employees for 12+ hr shifts. These employees would love to only put in an 8hr day. But the company needs to make it millions, and the higher ups need their bonus at the expense of the "uneducated retards" that work for them.[Quoted from a HR manager] The fact is they like treating people like crapp feeds their egos. Why else scream at employees, use profaine comments, threaten them, ect... I could go on & on here. The employees want a fair wage and professional management. The last part business concern, yeah but at their own expense and the bottom line might just be the end of their line. Because we always keep changing the management, three General Managers in three years? You do the math.......
