....so what's your cut if she wins?I am the sister of the accused.If you followed the case you would know the detention center denied reports of a hunger strike.I feel that the system failed the woman and my brother.He battled mental illness his whole life.There are cases that use mental illness as an exuse.I feel that this truly was not one of them.Everyone lost in this tragic case

It wasn't the deputys fault. If you read it correctly, the blame falls on the medical staff who did not treat him properly. The deputy is responsible for notifying the medical staff. There are doctors and nurses on staff there, it is not up to the deputy to administer medical attention that he/she is not trained to do. |

Dr. Joseph diagnosed the above person as intelligent and very sane, who should have received millions from the abusive and sexually attacking individuals, of the Delaware Ave courthouses!
His reports that used to be unaltered, are at the office of your administrative judge! I have the real, unaltered ones...if you want the truth! You are a ploy of your legally troubled supervisors, who need to spread these lies, because they are in serious trouble with the national media! You are involved because you cannot remove yourself from issues you have NO knowledge of...the negativity will surface soon! A forensic at your level will be requested, because of some unsavory behavior on your part! This superior doctor (Joseph) defied the request of the court system to lie about some matters that the media had already reported on and authenticated! The fear of you and your power play to mention my name and initials on this site , are unintimidating...your chief has laughed at you for years! Why not use your real name...OCA( the office of court administration) knows you and encourages you to make ATTEMPTS to make me look crazy...but that does not abolish the name ,your very political supervisor used for the man to come on my property to wiretap my phone and then come back to remove it, after I had it destroyed...and of course other events! Just must save details for federal court! Wouldn't you all like to know who my sources are for such private information? You are safe from the administrative judicial criminals here..so let your name be known ...or are you afraid of what is soon to come or that what you say is a lie and is information being fed to you..because I don't remember you in my personal or work life..except for the 3 hrs on the weekends, once a month...where we worked all the time! The reason for this is because I don't believe that people should be identified on a worldwide venue, because details cannot be properly represented with any extent,to FAIRLY give the readers an approprriate assessment! By the way...the Dr. Joesph case was settled for cash...I didn't settle for millions because I was still employed in the prison of the courts for another 7 yrs, and had a young son and dying mother, so get your facts straight! Being fired by the removed sexually abusive judge lorusso's friends, judges and politicos, was a move that will compel you to change your name and statments about me forever, and hide them in that pi** bottle you like! Oh is it Denise now, for your quiet remarks about the law...you always give to some poor person who just wants to tell their story? Let her sue and win a big amount. Then she should be made to give it to the victims' families. Why should his life be worth more than theirs? A mentally ill person doesn't think far enough in advance to hide bodies. He knew what he was doing.

The husband was a very ill man and his wife knew that, as well as knowing he didn't take his meds! She can count..can't she?
The person who should be sued...is the wife..she was negligent in the care or reporting of this man's mental status! She seems to have started something that should backfire on her! |

I don't know who you think I am, however I did not work in a courthouse on Delaware, have never worked with you, and will not be threatened by your "lawsuits" and federal court. Reading all of your threads, under numerous names, it isn't hard to figure out who you are. Don't know what your problem with the courts is, and don't care. Clearly you do not need anyone to make you look crazy, you do a good enough job of that on here with your never ending rants. Have no sisters to tell to play in the hay, whatever that means. |

You do know me..you said so many times and your comments will be submitted! I only ever worked at Buffalo City Court and only know those workers. You have commented many times abiut the lawsuit, my work situation and antics...etc! If you figured me out on so many sites and many unrelated to the courts...you have to know me...I guess the 2 day wait for response was your boss checking out what you should say to cure your nasty and vicious reamrks for the past 5 months! If you don't know my work problem...maybe you should check what you wrote...I have it all! If you don;t know me or my case, how do you know that I use so many names..are you looking for me so you may attack me about work..since I don't deal with you personally? The threat of my lawsuit...not lawsuits...is not an issue with me...I am not violent or do I swear at work people...so you have no worries! The worries are mine...the courts are the ones chasing me...fact! So... you should leave me alone on these sites..it is sick of you to attack someone who has never harmed you! |

He was a model "inmate", he covered himself with his own crap daily. His guards deserve a medal.

my daught was in a county jail for 1 month, during that 1 month she was overdosed with a drug called millarill. she went into a coma and laid there 12 hours before she was carried to e.r. at er i was told it was an over dose that caused coma, liver faiure, kidney failure, which resulted in being sent to john sealy for dyalise( spelled wrong) but i think you get the picture....permantly damaged neve.....and several other medical problems. now don't think the jails take care of the inmates. all this damage done to her in 4 weeks time. i wany to know if the srate is immune to charges and where would i find out. i have been told i have a medical malpractice suit.. but laying there for 12 hours unresponsive is neglect. the are checked on evey 10/15 min/ and suppossed to get a responce for inmate. then they sign a sheet saying they did, which in fact they could not have gotten one . she was in a coma for 12 according to er doctor. they lied on sheet sign in and i had called numerous time telling them something was wrong with her. any suggestions where i can find out if the county is immune to charges also.
