why is the judge putting the case on hold? was more evidence found?

It's always 6 months.. then comes the 'in contemplation of dismissal'.

I feel that the teachers involved should be permanently suspended from teaching and would like to see all involved put in jail.

This is garbadge. They should pay their dues and be locked up. I can't believe how complicated this is becoming. Do by the law and let them pay the price, it's wrong what they did and there is so much much of this happening or have happened-it's so sad!

Teachers are not too bright.

6 months seems like a long time to put a case on hold. I believe the coaches should definitely be suspended. I think these kids should be held accountable for their actions. How would they like it if someone did that to their children on the bus?

Well either the coaches/students parents know someone or the lawyers are good friends of the judge. It is not what you know, it is who you know now a days

He and Amy Fricano are sharing prescriptions. Those rotten kids are going to wind up getting scholarships out of this sordid mess. Justice delayed is justice denied, for the victim. Those braindead coaches are going to walk too.

Here we go again. Another delay until August for Coaches - just in time for school to start - what happens then. Will these teachers continue to get paid after August (while on suspension).

What about the 3 kids (now delayed again until July 24 - as of now you have yet to see any of them in court - is that because they will all get juvenile offender status - thought this was suppose to be a public hearing, etc.

Everything must be in conference room so the public cannot see or hear what is going on - nice.
If this was anyone else it would be in open court.
Just does not seem right.

Sure hope this does not get swept under the rug.

Let someone sexually abuse your child & see if it's innocent till proven guilty. Because if it was my child, I would be beaten the hell out of that person. Think of that poor child & what he has to deal with and live with for the rest of his life. Please!!!! Innocent till proven guilty!! Must be your kid.

You're so right!! The JUDGE on this case, worked for the district as a truant officer and a part time school bus driver - hows that for a connection!! Also one of the court clerks who usually sits for this "Judge" is a school nurse for the district - so you tell me where this case is going...to much cover-up is how I see it and these poor kids who were injured are being left out to "fend" for themselves in future attacks.

You sound like me . If that had been one of my children I would have been in cuffs for killing someone.

baia and atlas are the bigest joke in wilson and should be sent to jail and loose there jobs for not doing there job.
