Hmmm. Just trying to see if it was fun to post ignorant comments about subjects and people I know nothing about, laden with misspellings and grammatical errors, passing judgment and condemning people to death. If you want to post... get a dictionary, read a newspaper, and keep your comments regarding his family to yourself. I have yet to read an intelligent comment on this site.

If the Buffalo Police were as thorough securing the Giambra murder scene, as the Prosecution attorney would have the jury believe, Why was Donald Cormier allowed on the scene? Then denying removing any evidence, but found in police evidence pictures removing a journal type book/ diary? Seems his memory failed him once he got out of the guidelines of the prosecution’s
coaching or witness leading. Apparently the prosecution didn’t see those pictures or they just missed that fact.
Why has it taken 7 months to bring this case together...after 15 years. Did the prosecution need that much time to establish trust between Donahue and the Jailhouse snitch(s) to orchestrate the Donahue confession? The snitches were all trying to cut a deal..to remove time from they’re sentence’s…Donahue was not one of them….
Should a man go to jail based on (yet to be seen) flimsy evidence, the word of a child molester trying to cut a deal for 25years off his sentence and the testimony of a detective that has jumped to conclusions and couldn’t remain focused presenting her testimony on the stand at the defense cross examination? Isn’t that her job?
If Donahue is guilty it shouldn’t be that hard to convict him.
To much politics involved in this case.

Yes, but let's not forget, Joan Giambra's family has been dealing with this for almost 15 years! This is still a new development for the Donohue family, still a shock, so you can't compare the reactions of the two families. Which brings me to another point... it nice to know that if you commit a murder in Buffalo you have at least ten or fifteen years of freedom before the cops catch up to you.
