The verdict is in, guilty. Based on the jury's last request for a read back of the testemony, their verdict was based on the DNA evidence. It's a proven scientific fact that DNA evidence only stays under a victim's fingernails for a short period of time. That's pretty hard to defend. That may be by Donahue's attorney rested without calling any witnesses. As far as the jailhouse "snitch", is there any proof that he was given a "deal" for his testimony? I didn't hear that he was given a deal.
Just because Donahue said he didn't kill Ms. Giamrbra doesn't mean he is telling the truth, he lied before in a big case, remember?
Maybe the jury got it right this time.

to SET IT STRAIGHT you need to check facts yourself. When the police came to Kenmore, there was a problem with Dennis's family. Debra and Kim are entitled to their opinions. Did it cross your mind that I Know maybe a family member of one of Dennis aledged victims. Now he is convincted, 2nd Degree murder, by a jury of his peers , selected by both the prosecution and defense. As for Dennis's family, he is only going away, they will still be able to talk to him and see him. Joan's family must visit her in a grave! Have some sympathy for them! She was silenced by Dennis's own hands forever! As for intelligent comments you need to proofread your own.

From what I read (I know) was most likely sitting in on the trial. I know I was every day of it. It was not easy but I did it for Joan. I know Joan can rest in peace now that that scum is convicted. About spelling you need a dictionary yourself. Spell check works pretty good.
