Time to move to a white neighborhood.

Few things are worse than stealing a man's tools. It is the way he earns his living. I have been in the same situation and never felt so cheated.
We work hard and long to earn what we have and to be robbed of that is reprehensible.

Videotape your place and when you see him turn it into the police. If the police cannot do anything ,break his legs with a bat.simple.

Erik again. Not sure why my location came up as Rochester, NY. My shop is in your neck of the woods. As to the jerk Dr. who. It isn't white or black neighborhood. It's about lazy and hard working.

The police know who this guy is. He has an arrest record that goes back many years, with 18 pictures on their computer. His name is Kevin. He has a scar on the back of his neck in line with his spine.

I have a picture I made of him that's just about an exact photo.(SEE ABOVE LINK) The police have refused to publicly release anything that would identify him, including his picture.

The picture I made is going EVERYWHERE.

He showed up in my driveway while I was doing work outside. He talked a lot about my power tools. He showed up two more times, ringing the door bell, to see if anyone was home...chatted some (in the guise of looking for a job). Came back when I wasn't home, robbed me. Then, returned on foot (called police, but they showed up after he disappeared while I followed him up the street and around the corner.) Two more times Kevin, and two other men, appeared in a white moving truck, with no markings.

Fingerprints are just sitting in the police lab on several items...

Kevin appears to be the front man. Two guys stay in the white moving truck. The truck has no noticeable markings. About the size of a small U-Haul.

Kevin's last known address is in a different part of the city.
