Yes, it is the same one. She got a DWI and is underage! Seems like she'd know better after what happened to her on her way home from that beer party she was at(getting run over and all). Her family made such a big thing about this man driving drunk and running her over, but none of them are any better than him. The only thing they haven't done, yet, is hit anyone.

sounds like another case of drunken indian justice to me............that whole area is a Fn cesspool of welfare fraud, animal abuse, and filth. This is the kind of 17 year old that comes out of a sewer.....no sympathy up our way.

Wow, I used to live in Buffalo, and have spent a lot of time in Salamanca area, and have met a lot of Indians who have had a very postive impact on my life, as well as the community. Get a life Mad as Hell.
