Yea downtown Allentown is probably not the best place but not everyone there is bad or have sec. 8 just because, there are families living there who do need it and are trying to bring their kids up right!!!! I grew up in that area and I turned out just fine i am a graduated hard working woman so don't knock people who need some help because my mother was one of them!!!! hopefully you don't have kids cuz everything you jus said could come back to bite you in your ****!!!
