This would have never happened to me Big Joe, Apper, Fast Fred, or Kenny Ocker. Our keen police senses had us in tune with our environment at all times. These young bucks need to take a few lessons from the old bulls.

Its nice that you can comment on a guy that was doing his job like he could learn from someone when that could have happened to anyone. Yes it is called 23 CFR 634. I very much doubt that a HI-VISIBILITY reflective vest was being worn as required. Again an independent investigation needs to be conducted not the state or local police doing it as they are certainly biased.
