I know, Toad resides in Nesquehollywood. I hope the Mayor considers Toad as the replacement for Officer David.

This would have never happened to me Big Joe, Apper, Fast Fred, or Kenny Ocker. Our keen police senses had us in tune with our environment at all times. These young bucks need to take a few lessons from the old bulls.

Yes because obviously this would have never happened because you never would have been out of your car. Its nice that you can comment on a guy that was doing his job like he could learn from someone when that could have happened to anyone. But hey its always so easy to look after it happened and say you should have....

Well... Maybe he wasn't paying attention but if that driver isn't connected he will be in trouble even if he was stone sober and the Jim Thorpe cop jumped in front if him!

Was he wearing his HI-VISIBILITY reflective vest as required by state law?

Yes it is called 23 CFR 634. I very much doubt that a HI-VISIBILITY reflective vest was being worn as required. Again an independent investigation needs to be conducted not the state or local police doing it as they are certainly biased.

All any of you old timers would have done is left more damage to the car, from all the doughnuts you ate.

Remember when Toad got hit by a car?
Must have been the informants day off, otherwise he would have been safe and sound in beaver meadows hunting for some booger hog's beaver.

Toad says you could suck a golf ball through a garden hose, almost as good as the informant
