Yes the Trooper was wrong in his actions and should be reprimanded but Ms. Cummings is using this to further her career by using the media to gain exposure.

Yes this State Trooper did wrong and should be reprimanded - lose his job. But Ms. Cummings is using her "favor" to the Trooper for profit. Hey isn't that called prostitution? yeah, I thought so.

I feel sorry for both the trooper and the woman. She degrades herself for money and he's not smart enough to be allowed a weapon. If you're going to be stupid enough to engage in this activity when it is obviously a violation of your job rules, then don't add to the stupidity by taking pictures and bragging about it to your buddies. He knew she had a website and a blog; he accessed it from his patrol car laptop!!!
